Midwest Turnover Services LLC ("we", "us") coordinates apartment unit turnovers and interior repairs in the western suburbs of Chicago. This policy explains what information we collect from customers and people who contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Contact details you give us: name, company, phone number, email address and mailing address.
- Job details: property and unit addresses, unit access instructions, move-out and ready dates, photos and notes about the unit.
- Billing details: invoices, payment status and remittance information. We do not store card numbers on this website.
- Messages: the content of calls, voicemails, texts and emails you send us.
This website does not use forms, advertising trackers or analytics cookies. Our web host may keep standard server logs, such as IP address and browser type, for security.
How we use it
- To quote, schedule and complete work, and to confirm unit access.
- To send job status updates, completion photos and invoices.
- To answer questions and keep records required for our business, insurance and taxes.
Who we share it with
We do not sell personal information. We share only what is needed to do the work:
- Subcontractors performing work on your unit receive the property address, access instructions and job notes.
- Service providers that run our phone, email, accounting and payment systems process information on our behalf.
- We may disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights.
Text messaging (SMS)
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply.
We text customers and people who contact us about their jobs: scheduling, unit access, status updates, photos and invoices. We do not send marketing texts. Message frequency varies. Full details are in our SMS Terms.
How long we keep it
We keep job and billing records for as long as needed for the work, warranty questions, insurance and tax purposes, generally up to seven years, and then delete them.
Security
We use reputable providers with access controls to store information and limit access to the people who need it. No system is completely secure, so please don't send us bank or card numbers by text or email.
Your choices
You can ask us to correct or delete your information, or to stop contacting you, by calling or emailing us at the contact details below. Text STOP at any time to stop texts.
Children
Our services are for property owners and managers. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
We will post any changes to this policy on this page with a new effective date.
